Former baseball player and TheStreet.com stock picker Lenny Dysktra is broke.

Crux readers will recall from this story, that many people were questioning Lenny's solvency when he started stiffing employees and creditors of his struggling magazine The Players Club.

Those questions are becoming answers. Lenny's private jet has been impounded. The mortgage on his lavish California mansion is in default. He's facing a stack of lawsuits from the aforementioned employees and creditors. Perhaps Obama can arrange a bailout for Lenny and his fellow bankrupt athletes.
