The folks over at Reason magazine recently put together a fantastic short video on taxes. If you’re one of the few earners left in America that values small government, paying for yourself, and keeping the money you make, it should make your blood boil.

There are some shocking tax numbers in the video… but the highlight is Vice President Joe Biden and his slimy communist mouthings of "it’s time to be patriotic." It’s disgusting.

Biden doesn't even know what the word "patriotic" means. It has nothing to do with supporting your deadbeat neighbor. Here's a quote from a guy who crapped more patriotism in one morning than Biden has ever thought of:

"The democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not." - Thomas Jefferson

Or how about this classic quote from George Jean Nathan (who worked with H.L. Menken): "Patriotism is often an arbitrary veneration of real estate above principles."
