Texas pension fund manager is calling for $10,000 gold

Some experts are calling for $2,000 or $5,000 gold. But one gold bull predicts gold will shoot to $10,000.

This bull isn't a fringe gold bug lunatic. He handles the nation's eight largest pension fund – the $100 billion Texas fund – which has seen huge returns this year.

He said the surge in gold is "a return to normal" and shouldn’t surprise anyone…
