One of the easiest ways to track "overbought/oversold" conditions in a market sector is to measure the percentage of companies in the sector trading above their 50-day moving average.

As the excellent Bespoke Investment Group points out, Energy, Utilities, and Industrials are at extreme, blown-out, oversold levels.
