Please know this is the only thing we'll ever post about "Twitter."

Here at The Daily Crux, we can just barely operate a computer. At over four years old, our cell phones are dinosaurs. But we're told this whole Twitter business of sending text messages to thousands of people is a big thing.

ExxonMobil does it... Dunkin Donuts does it... Jet Blue does it... Starbucks does it. So please have a read of this article explaining how businesses are using Twitter to boost sales.
