Dear Daily Crux reader,
If you're an investment insight and news junkie, I want to hire you... soon.
We launched The Daily Crux a few months ago with one goal in mind: To digest the world's top investment advisories, news services, shareholder reports, magazines, and websites... and deliver the best of it to you each day.
Judging by the truckload of positive feedback we've received, I think we're reaching that goal. But there's a lot of information out there. We need more help... We're looking for a few more people who love to read and "digest" financial information to work with us on the Crux.
What's in it for you?
1) We'll pay you to read... and we'll pay you to write about what you read.
2) After we teach you what we're looking for, you can work anywhere in the world.
3) I'm game to hire someone who works on the Crux in his or her spare time. An efficient "digester" could spend 10 hours a week and be a huge help to us.
4) You'll get in on the ground floor of what we believe will be one of the world's most useful and entertaining websites. There is a lot of "blue sky" potential for you at the Crux.
To qualify and succeed as a "Cruxer," you must be obsessed with investment information. You have to have an intense interest in big, unconventional ideas explained in an entertaining manner. In other words, we're not looking for someone who loves mainstream sources like USA Today. You should have a fine eye for detail. A distrust of entrenched government and financial institutions is also a must.
If you are interested in working on The Daily Crux - or know someone who would be - please send a short letter (no more than a page) explaining why to
thedailycrux(at)gmail.com. Also include three articles you thought should have been on the Crux but weren't.
As I mentioned... I'm looking for both full-time and part-time hires. This could be the chance of a lifetime for the right person.
I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
Brian Hunt
