The SEC just charged former Countrywide Financial CEO and tanning champion Angelo Mozillo with insider trading.

"The Moz" sold hundreds of millions of dollars worth of Countrywide stock in 2006 and 2007... all while jawboning the bright prospects of his mortgage company... which collapsed under the weight of bad loans. A criminal investigation is ongoing.
