Iraqi oil update: Russians join the mad dash

This week, a delegation from Russian oil giant Lukoil is headed down to Iraq to jockey for position in the world's largest untapped oil field.

You can't blame the Russians for the visit. Iraq's oil resource could turn out to be larger than Saudi Arabia's. The oil needs to be tapped immediately. Iraq is desperately poor and ready to rebuild its blown out infrastructure.
