More tax insanity. This time it's from Oregon.

In the debate between increasing taxes or decreasing government spending, Oregon is choosing the former. The state plans to increase rates in its highest income tax bracket from 9% to 11%.

This will give Oregon the second-highest tax rate in the country. The state is also increasing taxes on hospitals and health insurance.
