Calamos Investments recently came out with their quarterly Market Review and Outlook. John P. Calamos, Sr., the Company founder, began investing his family's money over 50 years ago and is well known for their successful "growth" style of investing. Calamos founded Calamos Asset Management in 1977, and won BusinessWeek's best manager for 2003 and 2004... Overall, the newsletter offers a fairly sobering outlook ("Longterm Scared"); however there are some excellent investing nuggets, especially when it comes to the firm's current positioning:

"Because we are not in a secular bull market, investing discipline is even more important. We believe these are the rules for today's environment":
