It's a piece on how the U.S. government has turned its back on developing oil and coal resources... while China is going great guns on the idea.

Rather than develop useful sources of energy, the U.S. is falling over itself to develop solar panels, ethanol, and global warming study groups… while China is running around the world securing long-term supplies of oil and coal.

This is a huge story. The U.S. is making mistake after mistake after mistake with its energy policies... while China will do business with anyone with an AK-47 and an oil field (just like the U.S. used to)... and locking up long-term resources.
