Fisher is a energy stock bull for all the regular reasons… like lack of viable alternatives and increasing demand from developing countries.
One of Fisher's top picks is Colombian-based Ecopetrol (EC), which trades at just 10 times 2009 earnings and yields 4.8%. Colombia's "murder and drug capital of the world" reputation may scare off most investors, but those with a contrarian streak should take a closer look.
