One of Britain's largest health club chains ran a billboard ad for a post-holiday membership offer indicating that overweight individuals are more likely to be eaten by visiting aliens.

The health club's manager Jason Eaton said the ad was "developed as a tongue in cheek look at the fact that people, generally, over the Christmas period do put on a little weight," but the political correctness police are having a field day with this one...
