Sentiment expert: Bullishness is approaching "dangerously high levels"

Mark Hulbert, founder of the Hulbert Financial Digest, tracks the advice of more than 160 financial newsletters, and he's beginning to get worried. He recently told readers that "bullish sentiment is approaching dangerously high levels."

His proprietary index measuring stock market exposure among newsletter writers has skyrocketed in just the last month, from 13.8% to 62.8%. It's now at its higest level since 2007, with one exception...
 
It was this high two months ago in early January, just before the the Dow declined 8%.
