Jim Rogers is getting short again

Legendary investor Jim Rogers is telling reporters he's once again getting short the U.S. stock market.

Rogers claims Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner has no idea what he's doing, that the banking rescue plan will be a disaster, and stocks are headed lower. Shorts Rogers mentioned are IBM (IBM), General Electric (GE), and JPMorgan Chase (JPM).
