If you're looking to start your day with some boondoggle nonsense, start here…

Citigroup lost $18.7 billion last year… and the company only exists because of taxpayer dollars. That's why it's odd that the guys who oversaw the destruction are receiving perks like paid-for offices and secretaries. Failed executives at JPMorgan and Merrill Lynch enjoy similar perks with your money.
